      Senior Product Manager Interview

      Feb 20, 2026
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at RSA Conference

      Interview

Horrendous interview process. The process spanned 11 weeks from the initial phone screening to their decision. 6 rounds of interviews - an average of roughly one interview every two weeks. They kept adding people to talk to for what I can only assume to be indecisiveness on the hiring manager’s part. Either that or upper management needed to micromanage the process as I was told the new CEO got involved in the decision. Regardless, it highlights a company that doesn’t know what they want from their employees and an utter lack of respect all around.
