Quite Easy, there is no code testing, briefly introduce yourself then enough already. Ask more question about the company so that show that you at least got do some homework before interview

Interview
Multi stage interview with technical assessment. Casual interview as there is not many staff there. Need to prepare for any knowledge regarding programming before going into interview. Not average technical question as its more in depth question about the programming as this was applied onto their daily task in maintaining the system they provide to client. Do not apply if you did not have that strong knowledge of pogramming.
