Interview
Quick and fairly easy. I was found by a recruiter and did a first call with her, second call with some managerial figures of the company. My third interview was in-person at the office I was intending to work at, where I met completely separate people.

Question 1
It was more of a laid back conversation by the 3rd in person interview. The first two inquired more about me, such as my goals and what software I was comfortable with using and what I would be willing to learn.
