I attended multiple rounds, analyzed an esports game, completed some analytical, logical, psychological tests, had a discussion with the CEO, talking about previous working experiences and talking about my expectations about the job and got an offer.

Interview
3 steps interview
First two parts were in person in RTSmunity office in Prague, I was greeted by office manager which offered me drink and took me into meeting room. Then CEO came to introduce himself and gave me informations about company, position I was applying for and then about interview process. After that I received tests which should prove my mathematical and logical skills and game knowledge. Last part was psychology and personality testing, which took approximately 5 hours, but was super helpful for me.
Overall experience was professional and friendly.
