I went to careerfair, nice suit and prepared. Met a recruiter (engineer who got called to do it) and he gave me an screening interview. At the screening interview the next day, was asked basic STAR-type questions. He asked basically 3-4 questions and then had a chat. It was suppose to be really casual interview
