RUNNER interview questions

I applied online and the process was very quick when it came to setting up a phone call. Overall process moved very quickly as far as back to interviews on this role. Early on the communication was good with the hiring manager for the role. Was able to learn the company, culture, and benefits. However, after all the interviews the communication stopped and havent heard back after follow ups on the job. Everything seemed it was going fine till this point. Not sure what happened but being ghosted is the worse thing you can do because now it leaves a negative experience. Companies should know its a 2 way street. We are interviewing you as well and more you do this more people will leave negative reviews and not want to apply here.
