The process was almost two months long, consisting of 3 interviews. It took between 1-2 weeks to hear back each time.
I went for an entry-level role (I have 5 years of relevant experience and a degree). I was shown round the office after the second interview. I was again offered to be shown around the office again after my third interview, which I took as a good sign, but was not offered the job and was completely ignored when I asked for feedback.
They still have the job advert up and have launched another identical job ad with a different role title, despite saying they were only hiring one person for these duties and giving a start date for the role that has long since passed.
It certainly seems as though they use HR tactics like this to appear to be in a bigger state of growth than they really are to competitors, but are not actually hiring for all of these advertised roles. I’m really disappointed that RVEzy would ask candidates to invest time and energy into writing up a camping story and cover letter to go ‘above and beyond’ for at least one role they do not intend to fill, and that they insist on such a drawn-out interview process. This process was made worse with incredibly poor, consistently late communication from HR topped off with ghosting candidates that invested time into their process in good faith.
