I was in a hurry when searching for a job, so the hiring process was pretty fast. First I was given a simple programming task to solve at home and after they reviewed my solution, I have been invited to an interview. The hiring manager and team leader also helped me by agreeing on a Skype interview instead of having to visit the office physically. The call went in a friendly and productive spirit and I also had no problem reaching out to the automation team leader with follow-up questions via email later, even during the weekend.
Only downside I can point out was the fact that I was given only 4 days (2 work days) to decide on the final job offer, which felt a bit pressing. However, it was understandable due to the start date being next week after that. The offered pay was rather under-average and the offer was for a fixed amount of hours worked with possibility of extending the contract afterwards.
