Got an offer from regional HR to apply for the role. After the application, a week after, I was invited to their first interview. The interview was conducted online. Two interviewers and it was about 40 min.

Why this company? There were thorough questions about my career trajectory. Have you done multiple projects at once? How did you go about vendor contract? how did you choose the venue
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at RX (Richmond upon Thames, England) in Aug 2024
Interview
I applied and was contacted within a few days. First I had a screening interview with HR which felt like talking to an AI assistant as there was hardly any feedback, it felt weird. About a week later I had an online interview with a portfolio director which was more of a conversation to find out more about my experience and without usual stupid questions which was quite nice. I was then invited to the second stage interview which was a task to complete at home (business development presentation) and present in person at the head office to two interviewers (portfolio directors).
