There were a few rounds of interviews starting with those you would work closely with all the way up to upper management. They asked probing questions that dove into what type of worker you were (i.e collaborative, innovative)

A human resource called and arranged the interview. an interview was about 15 min, it was look like a fake interview, there were two people without any questions. they pass the question turn to each other. not prepare at all!
