      Director of Product Management Interview

      Nov 7, 2025
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Radformation in Oct 2025

      Interview

      - Process was a discombobulated mess from start to finish. - Recruiter has to be poked to keep on task. - Interviews were easy; typical behavioral questions. - Based on the questions and interview flow, it was pretty clear there is little to no Product experience anywhere on the existing team, Product leadership included. - No clear articulation for what they are even looking for in a candidate and an obvious confusion of project management with product management. - Founder interview was a joke. They couldn't articulate strategy or vision for the company when pressed. Questions on backlog management and prioritization, which I'd already answered in previous interviews (they don't coordinate internally on who asks which questions???).

Thank you for sharing this feedback and I’m sorry your experience with our interview process felt disorganized and unclear. That’s not the standard we aim for at Radformation. We’re always looking to iterate on our hiring processes, including role definition, interviewer coordination, and how we communicate our vision and expectations to candidates. Your perspective helps highlight where we can improve. If you’re open to sharing more detail, I’d genuinely appreciate hearing from you directly at rknoll@radformation.com. Warm regards, Reanna Knoll VP of People
