1)General Aptitude Test 2)Technical Aptitude (Lot of Pointers) involved 3)Technincal Test 4)Face to Face interview (one of the best Interviewer) with a project manager went smooth for me their Senior manager was a joke Reasons 1) Started gossiping about previous candidate 2) Started comparing two elements that do not share no elemental components 3)Has a very poor understanding of how probability works 4)Does not believe in Technical skills and facts so basically he thinks your engineering degree is a joke he loves to talk a lot of non sense about himself so if you can walk past irrational stupidty you can get through that guy.
