      Java Developer Interview

      May 18, 2023
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Radius Synergies in May 2023

      Interview

There recruitment process is kind of partiality, don't know about other people's experience but this is what I experienced there during interview. Even though you had answered all the technical questions correctly in the interview, you write the code for the problem which they shared, with the Best optimised solution code, even though the interview panel person is himself got confused and you corrected them. They still think being somewhat partiality. On the other side, there is my friend, she had interviewed for same role, even though she answered more than 50% of questions wrongly in interview, even after sharing my correct code with her before interview so they can clear the interview, still they made mistake in writing code, apart from that she had even memorize the swapping code and that also written wrongly in interview, still she is getting positive response from this company for interview results. I am not blaming that they maybe hire girls more than boys irrespective of interview performance, but I am questioning about the reason why they cut out perfect candidate and go for sugar coated candidate with no knowledge. They even don't provide the reason for cutting you out of hiring process, they have lesser people's for interview still they won't provide the feedback even after asking the reasons . Again not questioning about giving priority to girls compared to boy's irrespective of knowledge, but am questioning about this ridiculous process and mindset, if this is the scenario then put that in job advertisement girls boys ratio of hiring, and don't waste other people's time. Anyways am having another offer from MNC, so it was good for me that I was not that one to join this company full of toxic people's who don't care about knowledge and want something else in there company.
