Initially got reached out to by a recruiter. Had a phone interview with the recruiter, then an actual interview with two senior engineering staff members. Process seemed fair and okay

Was asked to do some Python live-coding on replit involving OCR and aligning bounding boxes. It felt impromptu as I wasn't given any details of the call prior to the meeting
