Railbookers Group interview questions

A few weeks after my application, I heard back to take an assessment. It was incredibly easy, and the next day I heard from the internal recruiter to set up a time for an interview. I appreciated that the recruiter included information about the hiring process (how many interviews, what to expect, etc.). The first round went very well, and he scheduled the second round before we got off the call. Here’s where I wish I had read the reviews: I joined the second interview and no one showed up. I emailed the recruiter twice and got no response. A few weeks later, I received a generic rejection email saying they were "unable to move forward with interviews" (despite the fact that I had already completed one and was scheduled for a second). Based on other reviews here, this is a clear pattern. Don’t waste your time!

40 minute extremely easy assessment that was not geared for a finance role. I liked the personality assessment and that they send it to you after. The problem I have is the lack of professionalism with the HR department. No show to interview, cancellation of interview, leaving jobs posted on boards and their own company website that supposedly the “scope has changed”. No response or feedback from HR after the above. Many candidates I am sure left in the dark and wondering if their resume was the problem when clearly it was not.
