I've interviewed here before and they are lovely people to deal with. They are one of the few companies who make sure to ask you if you need to use the facilities beforehand and have a drink for you in the room. The interview was set up as an interview then a presentation of a training plan. Ended up doing the presentation with the interviewers before the main interview questions so it was more of a discussion. I learned a lot about the company in an hour and came away with a good impression. I recieved feedback from the recruiter which was mostly quite positive, so although I didn't get the role it was a good learning experience.
