- 1: Introductionary meeting - 2: Meeting with 2 SW Engineers - 3: 3 meetings (2.5-3 hours), first with the technical teamlead, then a project manager, finally HR. Third meeting I was told to get an offer/feedback quickly, but no response was given. Mails were left unaswered, leaving you in the dark. No compensation for made travel expenses either. You waist alot of time, energy and money... and after the third meeting, they do not even give you a response: ghosting.
