It was a casual, and short interview. A very quick discussion about what the job required. In 15 minutes , I was checking incoming merchandise. I was pricing tagging goods, for the sales floor.
Interview was pretty relaxed and straightforward. They asked about my customer service experience, how I handle sales, and working in fast-paced environments. Overall, it felt comfortable and gave a good sense of the role.
Mainly inquired about availability and asked a few questions surrounding customer service (i.e “Explain a time you had bad customer service” & “Explain a time when you gave good customer service.”)
