Question 1
You have two strings whose only known property is that when you light one end of either string it takes exactly one hour to burn. The rate at which the strings will burn is completely random and each string is different.
How do you measure 45 minutes?

Interview
TWO Parts so far and no longer looking forward if there's another one:
1. 15 min phone HR interview after almost two months (basic and bit QA basic questions)
2. Estimated 1.5 hours interview with QA director and HR (job-related questions, test case creation exercise. Be prepared to discuss how ALL technologies you might have listed in your resume regardless it is a tool/job of IT/Network staff or Developers).
Friendly and casual interview process. Typical small company where you are highly expected to wear many different hats in a very demanding work environment.
Old negative reviews about the company must still be true - the opportunity is good for someone starting a QA career and not for a seasoned one.
