Very good interview process. Key staff participated in the interview and I was able to get a good sense of the culture and environment that I would work in. Good interview questions that gave insight to some of the hurdles the job would reveal. The panel asked good questions to gain insight to my vision and work style - I appreciated this very much. Also,having Board members participate in the interview showed a dedication and support level that is key to having a successful development program.
