The first stage was an initial chat with the medical director, which was followed by a timed writing test. The final stage was a formal interview with 3 members of the science team.

Straightforward clear experience. Friendly interviewer and speedy offer of a position within the company. Friendly approach in the interview which resulted in a couple of tests to support the recruitment in the role.
