Utter non-sense. The process is created by an in-competent team of HR professionals and their so called internal technical team. First the HR team completed the screening and I got a call that the next stage will be with a technical person immediately. Within 30 minutes I got a call from their tech team and the interview process started. First of all the technical person taking the interview was not at all clear of what she was asking. It seemed that she was reading from a given script. All questions asked were from basic college level background and I felt as if I was back to start of my career. No questions related to Project Management or my tech background were ever asked. Half of the time she was busy trying to find a suitable question to ask but she couldnt. Overall in a time frame of 30 minutes only 7 questions were asked and that too baby-level. I personally don't recommend this company because its managed by low-level people. I also felt later on that they were conducting the interview just for time-pass because even after successfully answering all their baby-level questions, I did not get a call back.
