4 to 5 step process. Meet with HR, meet with hiring manager on Microsoft Teams, then meet with a the other sales leaders onsite. They ask do to a aptitude assessment followed by a peer interview off site.

Interview
Thorough and thought out. Starts with virtual teams meeting with HR, then another Team's meeting with a manager followed by an onsite interview. The next steps after this are unique, you could be given a DISC assessment to show your skill level and drivers followed by a peer interview with current employees. You are able to ask them about the role and the company. Pretty unique and cool process.
