I had a couple of behavioral interviews to start, followed by a live technical screen (with 3 people), a culture round (with 4 people) and a founder interview. The technical screen was not a huge time commitment, as I found with other companies - just an hour and a half of SQL & situational Q's. I thought it was a really good representation of the type of work I'd be doing and it introduced me to some of their data concepts. The culture/founder interviews gave me a chance to get a true sense of the work environment, which I appreciated! Overall Raptor Maps was really responsive and kind throughout the process, which was refreshing in a job market where it's easy to get ghosted. Would recommend!
