I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Ratio (Bournemouth, England) in Feb 2019
Interview
Multi-dimensional aptitude test, screening code challenge, interviews with senior management as well as multiple members of the engineering team. It was a long day, but it was probably the biggest factor in convincing me to choose Ratio over the other job offers I had received. If a company can make the interviewing process pleasant, there is a good chance life will be similar in the day-to-day.

Interview
I was asked to complete a coding challenge prior to the interview - they ask you to do it in a language within their stack. Then was invited for an interview which lasted for an hour.

Interview
Started off with an informal discussion, getting to know the employees and the company. Then I had a question paper to fill out, which was composed of several areas. E.g written language, basic arithmetic, logical reasoning and visualisation.
Finally, I had the Lego Test, where I had to build a structure after being given a very basic brief.
I quite enjoyed it, a good experience overall.
