The interview process with RAVEN was informal and unprofessional, with different company representatives providing me with varying information, clearly lying to cover themselves in many instances. I interviewed, did 20 hours of unpaid labor they called “assessments,” and received and signed a formal job offer to start working 3 months from my signing date. A month later I sent a check-in email just to make sure it was all good, and they emailed me back postponing my start date by another month. The next day, they sent an email laying me off, thanking me for “interviewing,” completely ignoring the fact that they hired me in the first place. They were sassy with negotiations, even though they offered me a low-ball rate to begin with. I would highly recommend not working with these people.
