The first step was an HR interview that lasted for about 30 minutes. The interview was recorded and was highly transactional compared to other HR interviews I have done. The interviewer told me the role I had applied to had changed the title from Product Manager to Senior Product Manager or something similar. The job was also advertised as a remote job and the interviewer mentioned that it was actually a hybrid role that would require to work from the office 4 days per week. After this interview, I didn't hear back from the company for 3 weeks. They then sent me an email with a product-related task. I had 48 hours to complete it and send it back (in a ppt format). By this time the job title had changed to "Head of Product Management" (as described in the email I received). One week after sending the task I received an email from Ravenpack letting me know that I was dismissed. I didn't get a chance to present the ppt I had put together.

2 interviews: 1 with recruitment and 1 technical interview with a high-demand presentation. At the beginning they started with 80k EUR minimum negotiable. At the end of the process they came to me saying they loved my PM experience and knowledge, but didn’t have enough AI technical expertise, so they offered me a technical PM position at 60k EUR. This company only looks to attract candidates from other bigger cities to move to their location and then lower their offer. It doesn’t make any sense that they tell me I don’t have any “technical AI expertise” and then offer me a Tech PM position. Only reason: lower their offer and save money. Don’t even want to see how they treat their employees.
