      Manager Interview

      Jan 6, 2026
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      London, England
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I interviewed at Raylo (London, England)

      Interview

Very long process. And communication from the recruiter is very patchy. Multiple rounds. Unsure of what is being tested. The business model is interesting though. People seem good. It is just the process which is unnecessarily long. After a point, what is even being tested is unclear.
