Interview
A pre-qualification screening interview is conducted, thence a battery of intelligence, personality and skills tests ensue. Once these are passed, a more in-depth interview by the HR Supervisor is conducted. Afterwhich, the candidate will be endorsed to the requisitioning manager, who may then proceed to recommend the action that will be taken on the candidate. Final interview by the company's Chief Operating Officer is optional and is at the discretion of the COO.
