Technical interview process. Did it via phone with a Raytheon engineer. The interview focused on control theory applications. It mainly focused on classical control theory and not anything recent. Overall the interview was very personable and did a great job answering my questions.

Question 1
Where do poles need to be placed on an imaginary plot for a plant to be stable?
Very straightforward interview. Some behavioral questions, not too many technical questions. The interviewers were friendly. It was one interview and got an email from HR by the end of the week. Important to note- this was a recent grad interview session set up by my university.
