2 hours interview
Started with demonstrating team work. They gave different scenarios and we had to solve the issue as a team. Then it was individual conversations. General interview questions including role play.

Role play
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at ReAssure (Hitchin, England) in Aug 2019
Interview
Had a group interview so show our availability to communite with others and how we interacted with one another. Had a 1 to 1 interview to speak about previous jobs we had and how we left those skills being used in the new job role. Had read a script and then prenent to be on the phone with a customer to show telephone skills and how we could deal with situations. We did this 3 times. After 3 hours of interview I got told I had they job and was shown round the office.

Interview started as a group, broke into teams and did a Problem solving activity, then had Individual interview with relevant department manager. Had to do a competency english/maths and tying test.
