It was an online interview. The interview experience was generally okay, and the interview itself went smoothly. I went thru 2 sessions, the first one was with the hr representative and the second one is with the executives. However, what disappointed me was the long waiting time for the final result. I was informed that I would receive an update within two weeks, but I only received a response after more than a month. I fully understand if I was not selected, but that is far too long and honestly quite unprofessional. If a candidate isn’t suitable, just inform them early instead of keeping them waiting with no communication. Candidates deserve basic respect and timely updates, and this experience left a negative impression on the company’s hiring process
