Sent resume in, was emailed for an interview, interviewed. They used email to set everything up. There was a lag because of the holidays. I think the office staff is very small and they are doing their best to manage all the work.

They seemed to play gotcha--they don't want to hear that that the district has faults or could improve. I also question the competency of some of the members of the board--I think that they are on the board because of their social connections and not expertise.
