It was online, quite transparent, and on track. In included a live coding/bug fixing. It also had a technical interview and a cultural interview. After all the interviews are concluded, they took some time to assess input from different teams/ interviewers. And, finally decided to offer me a job.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Readify (Melbourne) in Sep 2016
Interview
The interview is on Skype. First the interviewer asked several questions about your resume, the projects you've done, the role you've played, if you have any consulting experience and etc. Then as other mentioned, a code workshop, to debug a project. The project is not difficult and I was too nervous to notice the readme file. At last, the interviewer asked some C# questions.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Readify
Interview
I passed both code interview which is uploaded to their site and then passed a technical interview on Skype , after that the people manager interview began after an hour late without any respect of time difference between countries,it lasted about 20 minutes asking questions that showed that the interviewer didn't even read the CV , she focused on relationship with the customer which i stated that in my current role i engage with customer after requirements are gathered ,and their answer was they suspect that i will have enough experience with customer forgetting that in it's mentioned in the CV that i had a course in business analysis !! , it's a shame that the people's manager interview is that bad in a company such as readify
