The first day you fill out a form and then interview with the manager. Then they tell you that they would like you to come back tomorrow to shadow someone. I do not feel this company is being honest. This is an entry level sales position. Equivalent to cold calling. The man that interviewed me made it seem like I was applying for a management position. He said there was 35 people he was interviewing and only calling 5 back. The next day when I went back for my Shadow day which is still considered part of your interview and you are not paid for. There were many people there from the day before not just 5. I was taken to a Wal-mart and had to watch while they chased customers around the store trying to get them to sign up for a cable company. I was then told I had to answer an assessment. In the middle of Wal-mart I had to answer questions about "marketing". I was told I had to stay in Wal-mart watching them try to sell cable to annoyed customers from 10am-7pm UNPAID. I was told this was still part of my interview process. I would not waste your time. They are not being honest about this job and they try to act like your applying for some big time high paying job when its the complete opposite.
