Real Medicine Foundation interview questions

I was contacted promptly after applying, had an initial phone interview, another interview with the founder, and a final logistics call after receiving an offer. Everyone was polite and interested, and I had a great feeling about working here. The salary was very low for my Bay Area rent so I asked for a week to think about it, as I was in the middle of other interviews and already had some other offers to consider. I asked upfront for one week to think about it and was politely told that that was fine. After a week I sent a follow-up email to touch base and to ask for a few more days . I received no response. I passed on another great opportunity because I was excited about this role and had no inkling that RMF had already disqualified me (since, you know, they didn't tell me). I emailed RMF to let them know that I accepted the offer and was excited to start. After about a week I received a cold email saying "We need people who are fully committed. Good luck in your search." This was the only response I got after checking in with them frequently and being honest about my situation. I don't know who's in charge of decision-making at this place but I suggest you improve your communication with candidates. You do not offer someone a job and then ghost them, especially when you do not know their circumstances.
