I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Rec Room (Seattle, WA) in Jan 2022
Interview
Phone screen was easy, manager was super nice and thoughtful.
Was rejected outright because I was on vacation before I could schedule my onsite.
However HR and their process kinda sucks. They underpay the market significantly with promises of big stonk upside. The recruiter tried to do a buncha math to show me how good it would be. The bottom line is if it's not in your TC kids it's not real money.
Otherwise RecRoom only gives 1 week offer deadlines and only wants "passionate" candidates. This feels extremely disrespectful to candidates and makes me not want to recommend them to people outright.
