I got the invitation for an interview through my university job posting website. The interview is on-campus and last 45 minutes. There were 2 interviewers in my interview; one from HR and the other from engineering department. It was the behavioral interview in which I need to explain many situations I have experienced such as the situation that I worked under pressure, the situation that I ask for data from other people, etc. Also, they asked my job preference and my goal.
