First was scanning my work and experience with HR
Second was with my future manager
Third with HR manager , supply manager & customer service head
Fourth was an assessment test
Classical recruiting process with HR phone screening and interview with the hiring manager, with a really good follow-up during the recruitment process. The questions went from previous experience, technical capabilities and communication in different languages.
