My first stage was a telephone call at a time that suited myself. I then met a few of the team for a coffee near my previous office where we discussed the role in more depth. I then arranged to meet the whole team at their office before leaving and preparing a small presentation on how I would deliver for the role I applied for. Within days I was offered a role. Very easy process
