It was OK. You would never know what you're getting into from the interview process. This place is a revolving door. The work culture is toxic, especially the CEO who thinks he knows all and tries to do everyone's jobs.

Interview
The interview process was one of the best I've had. Bradley Hartmann wasn't just reading off questions for me to answer. It was very conversational. First interview we discussed my background, how I could fit in, some areas I could help.
Second interview was more in-depth, diving deeper into those conversations. Also, management wanted to know what they could do or not do to make sure I would be comfortable working for them. That meant a lot and great sign of strong leadership.
