The interviewer is the president of the company. He asked me very general interview questions like greatest strengths, weaknesses, and about my 5-year plan. At the end of the interview, he said that he wasn't sure who we was going to call back after the countless interviews he had already performed, but that he like me and wanted me to come back for a 7-hour "shadow day." The day consists of potential candidates following around a top account executive. He told me they would make a decision regarding whether I would be offered the position afterwards. He never mentioned the pay (except to say that they would discuss it at lunch on my "shadow day" which was to follow) and did not give me the opportunity to ask questions. He told me to bring my questions to ask the account executive the following day.
