The most difficult part about the interview process at Red Global was finding the actual office. The office is located in a shady building hidden behind a 7-11, which seemed very ironic for a company that tries to give off such a professional image online.
The actual interview itself was very simple. You speak to a hiring manager about the company and what it is they do. You can tell right away that this is nothing more than a sales job, but they try and trick you into thinking it's something much more than that. To me, something just seemed off about the place. I felt like they were trying to skate around my questions so they didn't have to admit what the actual job duties of the position entailed. Most of the reviews I have read on Glassdoor about this place seem accurate from my experience. The people were very friendly, but it just didn't seem like my cup of tea.
If you are interested in a sales career, maybe this place is for you. If you are interested in an entry-level management or marketing position (which is what they make the entry-level positions sound like online), I would suggest searching elsewhere.
