They made me feel at ease and were really lovely. They asked me scenario questions based on my skills and knowledge, provided me with water and gave me time to answer the questions very patient

Two stage process - relatively friendly and informed. Only misgiving of the two stage process was the fact that I was considered unsuitable due to cultural fit, a fact that I would have thought should have been assessed at interview stage 1. Felt like the 2nd interview was a bit wasteful really. Not sure the role ever got filled.
