You apply online, then go on 3 interviews. The first one is 5 minutes. They will tell you that you call customers that have previously shown interest in AT&T cable, and inform them about the new packages available.
This is totally different from what they write in the job description. It says you will learn all about advertising, sit in meetings, etc. They make it sound like it is legitimate student experience, and target university boards.
Really, you will be cold calling people and visiting them in your own car with a, "team leader", a.k.a, a sales pusher. They refuse to tell you about the pay and benefits until the third interview. You are just an outsourced sales lead generator. The, "meetings" are just information on packages, and who sold what.
