Interview
My interview consisted of a group interview with team-based initiatives followed by a 1 on 1.. Mick asked me a number of questions about my education, experience working in human services, and outdoors experience. I could tell he was looking for the right person who had a good attitude and could be trained to excel in the position. It was readily apparent that Mick had the best interest of the clients in mind when looking for the right people.
