Typical recruitment consultants who give the industry a bad name, when the bar is unfortunately already low... They contact you on LinkedIn, set up a call, send you a job spec afterwards for your review, tell you they will give you feedback in a day or two after speaking to the Hiring Manager (they always say that, don't they?) and then, they totally ghost you. You send a polite request for an update a few days later, and another excuse comes your way ("we were delayed but will know tomorrow"). Of course, they never bother to contact you again.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
background, experience, the usual high level stuff.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at RedCat Digital (London, England) in Jan 2013
Interview
One telephone interview and one 2 hour interview with two Director level staff. They were both friendly but firm in their questioning. They made me feel relaxed but were still looking for articulate specific answers.
