The interview was not with Redline. Redline are a recruitment company and they arranged an interview for me with another company, as recruitment companies do.
I attended the interview and did not feel that I had done very well. I phoned Redline afterwards as they wanted feedback, I told them I was not feeling positive. I asked the employee handling my job application to phone the company I had interviewed at and ask for feedback. If the feedback was negative then at least I would have some clue as to what I could improve with my interview skills.
He said he would phone and get back to me the next day. After two weeks I have still not heard anything, although someone else at Redline is very enthusiastically emailing me to complete a survey about the interview process.
I appreciate I could contact the person again, but I should not have to.
