On the first of my two interviews I spoke with the then warehouse forman, who explained the application and hiring process to me, as well as providing some ground knowledge about the general functions of the warehouse and how the workdays could vary in length and pressure. At this point I was also given a tour of the w/house floor and was crash course trained for the position I was going to be assigned to

The interviewer was polite, personal able and inviting. He was laid back and made me feel at ease. He describe the company, in general, and job duties. He discussed different options for 401 K, vacation and health benefits. He asked about prior employment, what I liked and disliked about the positions.
