Applied online via agency. Then screening phone call with agency to go over resume and what client was looking for. Agency scheduled phone interview with hiring manager followed by in person interview with hiring manager, reporting manager and VP sales manager.
My interviews did not represent the Redwood Brands culture well. I wish I would have declined the offer. I could tell from the initial interviews that the company was probably a toxic place to work. It is a toxic environment.
